Decorative Scallop

This is just another basic file for you all (hoping to get back to some more detailed files as soon as things aren't so hectic around here). I haven't done a test cut of this, so I'm not sure how it would do if it were cut super-duper small, but otherwise, it should be fine. :)

I'm also hoping to get my fonts organized later today... they're currently all just installed on my hard drive in no particular folders or anything, so after you have a couple thousand fonts, you can imagine what a nightmare it is to find things.

Anyone have any suggestions for a nice organizational system for them? What different folders do you use to organize your fonts? Any help at all is highly appreciated!

  3. I love the pretty edge on this scallop.

I sort my fonts into two folders....Free Fonts and Commercial Use Fonts (fonts that can be used for commercial purposes, but not purchased..all free.)
Inside the Free Fonts folder I have a folder for:
Dingbats, Doodle, Fillable, Grungy, Holidays, Fancy Print, Print, Script, Sports, Stamped, Themed...and on and on. This is just a sampling. In my Dingbat folder I have folders for: Angels, Animals, Beach, Birds, Birthday, Borders, Flowers, Frames, etc. This just makes it easier for me to find the type of font or dingbat I want instead of having to look through all of them.
I hope this helps you and thanks for sharing the pretty scallop.
    Hugs!

  5. Thank you for sharing your lovely files! It is much appreciated.

I just recently downloaded a free font program called Font Frenzy. I love it! You can type in the words you using in the dialog box at the bottom and all of the fonts will show up with a sample of your quote. All you do is scroll and find the one you like. You can change the font size and view each letter/dingbat for that font easily. I am sure it can do more stuff, but I am still playing around with it. Good luck!
